Bayerische Motoren Werke, in short BMW, (Dutch: Bavarian motor works) is a German Munich-based company that manufactures cars and motorcycles. The company is headquartered in Munich, which has a factory and the BMW Museum stands. BMW is the parent company of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the company also produces cars under the name Mini. BMW sells its motorcycles under the brand BMW Motorrad and Husqvarna.
